Helps relieve pressure and reduce heel shock by cushioning every step with memory foam!  simplly insert your comfort foot memory foam heel cushion at the heel with thick portion at the back (cloth side up). If necessary, you may affix the cushions in shoes by using the adhesive strips(included). Peel off backing tape on strip and place one strip on bottom of each cushion before inderting cushion in shoe."
